Walking home from school, I passed a pop-up purveyor of quality chai tea, served to me by a man who said he had studied the art for 6 months in India. He certainly knew how to pour it (from a about a metre distant...)
Somehow, I imagine, not as authentic as the real thing - but close enough for now eh G?
no truly, its the closest thing; I know the guy and had a chai from him recently (Hill st farmers market)..
