It was also an overcast day in Paris, but luckily the rain did not last long. Starting at the Louvre, then moving to the Pompidou, over the Seine to the Notre Dame, then the metro to Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe... I think I was so excited to see as much as possible that I would now love to return to feel the smaller, more subtle details of the city... but until then, 'Midnight in Paris' is a good substitute for wistful dreaming.
